Creating Health Promoting Spaces: Infusing Well-being into our Work, Learning, and Living Environments

Our built environment, including our work, learning, and living spaces can influence our overall well-being. This session will share small shifts we can make to our spaces to positively impact well-being and participants will have an opportunity to share and learn with colleagues from across campus.

Objective 1: Participants will learn about and discuss strategies that promote well-being in a variety of spaces (offices, classrooms, living spaces etc.).

Objective 2: Using examples shared in the session, participants will complete personalized worksheet that outlines well-being strategies they would like to trial in their work, learning, or living environments and share out in small and large group discussions.
