Self-compassion and mindfulness are important resources for everyone as we transition to a new normal on campus. In this presentation facilitated by Anna Wehde, we will understand the impact of burnout and learn coping strategies for creating a culture of wellness and self-care in your own life and learning environment.
Objective 1: Students will increase their understanding of signs/impact of burnout.
Objective 2: Students will learn coping strategies, self-care tips and self-compassion.
Objective 3: Students will increase awareness of Iowa State counseling resources.
