Students will learn the different causes of loss of motivation and procrastination, as well as how to effectively address them. Students will get familiar with cognitive and behavioral strategies they can immediately apply to improve their sense of time and how to better plan activities when busy or unmotivated. Students will also receive access to material after this session to help them get started.
